Ashley Staples

Ashley Staples has experience working with individuals of all ages (pediatric, adolescent, young adult/adult and geriatric) and has worked in the non-profit arena for years, providing a wide variety of services to the community at large! Ashley has served individuals and families living with various health conditions, assisting them in coping with how their lives are changing and how they can continue to life whole, happy lives. She has also coached families and communities on how to provide more holistic, collaborative support to their young adults/teens as they navigate through life (infusing school, church, family, friends and resources in the care planning). Ashley actively counsels individuals on how to cope within their current circumstances; she identifies “blocks” that prevent you from being well, works to rebuild any mindsets and behaviors that are harmful to your growth, and helps in the creation of a plan designed to move you closer to the peace that you are seeking!

Ashley believes that healing begins from WITHIN, and would love to accompany you on your journey to becoming a better YOU! She says that “our life journey guarantees us both sunny days and stormy days; it’s about how you embrace the sunshine, and how you persevere during the storm that makes the process beautiful!”

Ashley provides support in areas related to: Anxiety, Adolescent needs, Career Counseling, Coping Strategies, Depression, Effective Communication, Family Conflict, Grief and Loss, Health and Wellness, Life Purpose, Life Transitions, Mentorship, Relationship Enhancement, Self Esteem/Identity, Christianity/Spirituality, Stress and other life issues that may hinder you from being your best!
