Our Leadership Team
Founder and CEO ~ Linda Zaffram, LCSW
As the founder and visionary of our company, I am deeply passionate about our mission of serving others who have been impacted by mental health issues stemming from my personal experience and specialty in perinatal mood disorders, perinatal loss and fertility. Through the pain of my own miscarriage and traumatic birth, I found through my own healing the passion to grow our practice to serve all in the community. Maternal mental health is a family issue that impacts the entire family. Here we are able to serve entire families as our team provides care for 4 years old throughout the lifespan. Our vision is to provide empathic and supportive care so that no one feels alone in their journey is the driving force behind everything we do. As a leader, I am passionate about creating a culture that cultivates where you will be seen, you will be heard and you will be nurtured. I am grateful to lead a team of heart centered, person centered staff who are committed to the mission, vision and values of our company and are stewards who empower the community to heal one day at a time.
Clinical Director ~ Miri Eynan, LCSW
As the clinical director of Healing Circle Counseling, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and compassionate environment where clinicians help clients heal and grow. Our client’s care and wellbeing are my top priority. I am honored to lead, supervise, consult and support an amazing team of clinicians who offer high quality services where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I am committed to ensuring that HCC maintains a culture of excellence as well as the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice.
Practice Manager ~ Catherine Wells, BS
As the Practice Manager, I have the privilege of leading and supporting the daily operations of our company with a focus on heart-centered, compassionate care. Guided by our vision and values, I strive to ensure that every aspect of our work creates a welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and nurtured on their healing journey. In partnership with our leadership team, I strategically plan and monitor day-to-day processes to drive smooth progress and sustainable growth. I lead our dedicated administrative team—encompassing billing, scheduling, and our medication management program coordination—working together to create systems that foster ease, efficiency, and excellence for our clients and staff alike. At the heart of my role is a commitment to cultivating an atmosphere of warmth, care, and integrity. Through thoughtful leadership and collaboration, I aim to align our operations with our core values: delivering compassionate care, honoring cultural diversity, promoting social justice, serving our community, and embracing joy and playfulness in all that we do.
Community Engagement ~ Jasmine Sheffield, BA
As the Community Engagement and Marketing Coordinator, I am deeply passionate about sharing the healing work of our mental health providers and building meaningful connections with our community. Through creative storytelling, impactful events, and thoughtful campaigns, I highlight the compassionate care that helps our clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I take pride in fostering partnerships with those who share our commitment to inclusive, culturally competent care, creating opportunities to uplift and inspire vibrant, thriving communities.
Medication Management Program Coordinator ~ Cristal Lake-Sanders, LPC
As the Medication Management Program Coordinator at Healing Circle Counseling, I am deeply committed to providing a compassionate start to your journey and ensuring that every individual feels seen, heard, and nurtured. I take pride in helping to create an environment where each person feels empowered to reach their goals and potential, even in small increments, if necessary. It is not lost on me the amount of courage needed to take that first step to ask for help or set up therapy and/or medication management services. My goal is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being, fostering trust and understanding the process every step of the way. In addition to my role coordinating the medication management program, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, which allows me to approach care for our clients and patients holistically, combining clinical expertise with a focus on emotional well-being and growth. In the new year, I will also begin providing clinical supervision for LPC Residents, serving as a mentor, consultant, and support person.
