Julie Smyser

Julie Smyser (she/her) is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She found her calling in helping those with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders after years of practice in acute and family medicine. As a psychiatric provider, she has worked in hospitals and step-down care units, community mental health services and private practice, providing medication management to clients to help them live a full and active life. She believes every life deserves to be lived to its fullest potential, with the proper tools to navigate and succeed in today’s world.

Specialties

Julie provides acute and chronic medication management for individuals 16+, who experience depression, anxiety and acute stress disorders, Bipolar, PTSD and trauma, psychotic disorders and schizophrenia, sleep issues, ADHD, and substance misuse.
